What Is The Franchise Fee?

A one-time $25,000 initial franchise fee is charged for your first unit.

What Are The Royalty Fees?

The ongoing royalty fee is 6% of your gross monthly sales. In addition, you will have to pay 3% of your gross monthly sales into the National Advertising Fund. This fund is used for promoting awareness/building brand through various marketing and advertising venues.

How Much Cash Or Liquid Assets Will I Need?

The minimum requirements for a Beaners franchise are $25K liquid assets and $200K net worth.

Does Beaners Offer Help With Financing?

Beaners does not directly finance. However, we assist you through the process of financing your franchise investment to ensure that you receive the best possible rates.

What Type Of Initial Training Does Beaners Provide Before I Open My Store?

You will be required to successfully complete the two week training period in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. During that time, you will be spending four days at Head Office for one-on-one training. The remaining time will be spent in our “Training” location to experience firsthand how the day-to-day operations of a Beaners location work!

How Profitable Is A Beaners Franchise?

Profitability will vary considerably depending on such factors as advertising/marketing efforts, your stylists’ sales ability, location, operating costs and financing terms. It will also depend on your ability to manage and control expenses and many other factors. Beaners does not predict sales or profits for any new location. The success of your Beaners is ultimately in your hands. However, our team works very closely with you to ensure success – your success is our success!

No, not at all. We actually prefer that you have management, general business, or marketing experience over hair care experience. Many Beaners franchisees are first-time business owners with little or no business experience. All you need to succeed is a strong belief in our concept, a commitment to excellence, a desire to succeed, and a willingness to learn.

Do I Need To Work In My Store(s)?

Yes, we feel it is essential to manage your location with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Beaners does not require a full-time commitment from you, but you must be involved in your business’s day-to-day operations. It is also vital for your team to know that you are there for them. The more time you spend in-store, the more effective it tends to operate. With Beaners exclusive computer system, you will have flexibility in managing your store from home or while on vacation.
