We Have a New Look and Online Booking Tool!

Times are changing and so are we. We are so excited to launch a new website AND updated appointment booking tool!

The new online booking tool helps make booking your next appointments faster and will also help remind you when you have an upcoming appointment.

To get started, you’ll want to create a NEW family account. You will need to create a new account prior to the next time you want to make an appointment.

To create a new account, select your location on the website to start booking an appointment. You will be prompted to either log-in or “Sign Up Now”.

Q. Do I need to create a new family account?
A. Yes, the new system requires a parent account to be created and can be completed online now or prior to your next appointment at Beaners.

Q. How do I create a new family account?
A. You can set up your online account here. Once the account is created, you can add your kids!

Q. Can I select a default location?
A. Absolutely! When accessing your preferred location from the Beaners website, you will select your preferred location.

Q. How do I add my children’s names?
A. Select “Add Family & Friends” to add your child, including birth date and a contact phone number.

Q. Why have I received multiple confirmations for the same appointment time?
A. Thank you for your patience. Both of our appointment databases ran in parallel during the transition period as a best practice. If you have received duplicate confirmations, it is likely coming from the 2 different booking tools.

Q. I use the app and the rewards card. Will my rewards be saved?
A. Yes, all rewards are saved within the app, not the website, so they are unaffected by the new website.
